How we protect your documents
Encryption
Every upload, download and page view is encrypted in transit with TLS. Your files and data are encrypted at rest.
Private to your account
Each account's files and data are kept separate, and every request is checked against your account before anything is read or changed.
Your documents don't train AI
The AI and text-recognition services that read your documents don't use them to train their models.
Limited access
Your documents are opened only by our systems, to process your runs. We look at a specific document only if you ask us to as part of a support request.
Secure payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Scrape AI never sees or stores your full card number.
No tracking
No advertising or analytics cookies, and no session recording.
You stay in control
Delete a run
Its files and results are removed right away, permanently.

Every file and result is removed, then your login.
Export anytime
Download your results as CSV or Excel, or send them to Google Sheets, whenever you need them. Exports are included on paid plans.
Trusted providers
Scrape AI runs on established cloud providers for hosting, storage, AI processing and payments. We name every provider that processes your content, and add new ones to the list before they handle your data.
