Upload invoices, contracts, resumes or any other documents, and Scrape suggests the fields worth capturing, pulls them from every file, and checks each value against the document itself. Nothing is guessed or reworded. Every cell links back to the spot on the page where it was printed, so you can confirm any value in one click instead of digging through the original. No templates, rules or code required.

No. Scrape AI reads a sample document and suggests fields. You can rename, reorder, add or remove them before anything runs.

Standard, Pro and Business plans export to CSV, Excel (.xlsx) and Google Sheets. On the Free plan you can run extractions and review every value in the app; exporting starts on Standard.

PDFs and Word (.docx) files, including scanned PDFs, which are read with OCR. Each file can be up to 10 pages and 25 MB.

Files over 10 pages or 25 MB are rejected with a message explaining why. We never cut a file short and extract only part of it.

Up to 10 per run on Free, 100 on Standard, 250 on Pro and 500 on Business.

Yes. A repeating table, like invoice line items, becomes one list field with every row on its own line. Values printed once, like the total, get their own columns.

Only values printed as text, such as labels on a chart. Numbers shown only as bars or lines aren’t printed text, so those cells are left blank.

Not directly. Save the photo or phone scan as a PDF and upload that.

Word files show their values in the grid and can be downloaded. The highlighted page preview is for PDFs and scans.

For documents with readable text, every value is checked against the printed text before it reaches your spreadsheet. On PDFs and scans, click any cell to see the value highlighted on its page.

The cell stays blank. Scrape AI never fills a cell with a guess.

No. Values come through exactly as the document prints them, so “14 April 2026” stays “14 April 2026”.

Yes. The Free plan includes 10 documents and 2 runs, with up to 10 documents per run. No credit card required.

Each file you scrape counts once, including files that fail to extract. Naming a run, uploading and field suggestions do not count.

Yes. Cancel from Manage billing in Settings. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.

Yes. The Business plan sets document volume with you. Email support@getscrape.ai to talk it through.

No. Your documents are never used to train AI models, by us or by our AI providers.

Anthropic (Claude) reads pages to propose values, and AWS Textract reads printed text. Every provider is listed on the Security page.

Delete a run from your Library, or delete your whole account from Settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
